The Ned, London

London, UK

Join your peers for a day of deep work, honest peer conversation, and hands-on product time — in the heart of one of the world's most energetic cities.

One day, designed for output.

The ACX Retreat brings together a select group of Ada's top customers for a full day of structured workshops, peer sessions, and hands-on product work. The agenda focuses on three areas: the quality of every resolution, the business impact your agent drives and the loop that keeps it improving. Every session is designed to end with something actionable in your hands.

You'll compare notes with peers running deployments like yours, work directly with Ada's product experts, and get a clear picture of where your ACX Practice stands and what it takes to push it further.

Who should attend? The day is built for AI managers and the technical folks who work in the Ada platform every day. If a business stakeholder owns your agent's performance, it's worth sending them alongside someone technical: they'll each walk away with complementary perspectives.

The day at a glance.

  • 9:00am - 9:40am

    Welcome & product updates

Start the day grounded. Ada's product leadership share what's shipping, what's coming, and what it means for your practice. Attendees also receive their 90-day planning guide to capture ideas and actions throughout the day.

  • 9:40am - 10:00am

    Customer spotlight

Hear firsthand how a peer is driving real impact at their organization.

  • 10:00am - 11:00am Workshop 1

    Own the quality

What separates a conversation that resolves from one that doesn't? Start together, then split by maturity to go deeper on the features that move the needle.

Feature focus: Playbooks, End User API, Simulations

  • 11:20am - 12:20pm Workshop 2

    Own the business outcome

Containment is the floor, not the ceiling. This session covers what your agent can do when the stakes are higher — protecting revenue, intervening at the right moment, acting mid-conversation.

    Feature focus: Actions, Save/retention Playbooks

  • 12:20pm - 1:20pm

    "Birds of a feather" lunch

A working lunch with peer conversation organized by vertical or focus area.

  • 1:20pm - 2:20pm Workshop 3

    Own the improvement loop

You can't improve what you can't see. Find the gaps worth fixing and build a practice around closing them.

Feature focus: MCP, Simulations, Ada Analytics

  • 2:35pm - 3:05pm

    Gallery walk

Your build cohort is your choice. Walk the room, see what's most relevant in moving the needle, and pick a station for the “Build” session that’s up next.

  • 3:05pm - 4:00pm

    Build

Hands on keyboard and in your selected cohorts.

  • 4:00pm - 4:30pm

    Closing

A quick wrap on the day's big themes, what's next for your agent and how to keep the conversation going after you leave.

  • 4:30pm - 6:00pm Activity

    Choose your adventure

The venue

The Ned, London

27 Poultry, London, EC2R 8AJ

The Ned occupies the former Midland Bank headquarters in the City of London — a 1920s Edwin Lutyens building that's been restored with more than a little ambition. The marble columns, vaulted ceilings, and original banking hall give it a scale that most event venues spend decades trying to manufacture.

It's a building that makes an impression before the agenda even starts — and a fitting room for a group of people doing serious work on something that matters.
