The ACX Retreat brings together a select group of Ada's top customers for a full day of structured workshops, peer sessions, and hands-on product work. The agenda focuses on three areas: the quality of every resolution, the business impact your agent drives and the loop that keeps it improving. The Ned occupies the former Midland Bank headquarters in the City of London — a 1920s Edwin Lutyens building that's been restored with more than a little ambition. The marble columns, vaulted ceilings, and original banking hall give it a scale that most event venues spend decades trying to manufacture.
It's a building that makes an impression before the agenda even starts — and a fitting room for a group of people doing serious work on something that matters.
